The FINANCIAL -- Accenture has been awarded a one-year contract extension by the United Kingdom Department of Health to continue to provide Picture Archiving and Communications Systems to National Health Service Trusts in the North East and East of England/East Midlands that have chosen to extend their current service provision with Accenture. The contract will run until June 30, 2016.
