The FINANCIAL -- Poland's top utility company PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA expects its capital expenditure to rise by over 20% in 2012 from 4.32 billion zlotys ($1.37 billion) last year, the company said Wednesday.

The FINANCIAL -- Norsk Hydro ASA, the Norwegian aluminum producer, said Wednesday that Companhia de Alumina do Para, 81% of which is Norsk Hydro owned, has decided to postpone the construction of a new alumina refinery in Barcarena, Brazil.
