Ninth DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in China Opens in Taizhou

The FINANCIAL -- DoubleTree by Hilton announces the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Jiangsu-Taizhou, the first internationally branded, full-service hotel in the city, conveniently located in the heart of the commercial and business district of Hailing.

The 253-room hotel is located adjacent to Wanda Plaza near the Fengcheng River Scenic Area, Municipal Government, Mei Lanfang Memorial Hal and China Medical City Exhibition Trade Center, with easy access to the Taizhou Railway Station and Mid-Jiangsu Airport .

Guests to the DoubleTree by Hilton Jiangsu-Taizhou will benefit from the characteristic qualities found at the brand's more than 270 DoubleTree by Hilton locations in 22 countries around the world including the warm welcome of the brand's legendary chocolate chip cookie presented to every guest at check-in; an array of upscale amenities and guest services; the rewards of the Hilton HHonors guest loyalty programme; and a unique and caring team member commitment to the local community. Guests can start each day feeling well-rested and energized after a comfortable night's sleep in the brand's signature Sweet Dreams by DoubleTree bedding. Each of the 253 spacious and comfortable guest rooms and suites comes complete with thoughtful touches such as a LCD television, alarm clock radio with MP3 connectivity, high-speed internet access and a generous work area. The suites feature luxury amenities and measure between 85 to 247 square meters. The Presidential Suite features a 47-inch LCD television and includes ample space with a living room, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and working area.

DoubleTree by Hilton Jiangsu - Taizhou also has a collection of six meeting and conference rooms, including the 1,100-square meter Signature Ballroom, which as the largest ballroom in Taizhou, can host some of the finest board meetings, business conferences and social events for up to 850 guests.  The hotel also has a spacious foyer suitable for exhibitions and weddings. The hotel's signature dining and drinking venues offer a wide selection of Cantonese and Huaiyang favourites, as well as international specialties at the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, lobby bar and private dining rooms.
