Expert and General Articles on Environment Protection, Climate Change and Energy Issues

The FINANCIAL -- In 2011, within the joint initiative of CENN and World Experience for Georgia, member organizations of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society National Platform, together with invited experts, developed general documents and articles on environment protection, climate change and energy issues, from Info CENN.

Discussions were held with the participation of the National Platform and relevant stakeholders, recommendations were elaborated and dialogue with the government was initiated. Materials were disseminated through media outlets.

The documents can be downloaded from the links below.

On January 18 of the current year, a conference on “The Environmental and Energy Policy of Georgia in the Context of European Integration” is scheduled, where authors will present the documents and articles mentioned above. The conference will take place at the “Ambasadori” Hotel from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 18.

The initiative is being imeplemented with financial support from the Open Society – Georgia Foundation within the framework of the project, “Support of Sustainable Development and European Integration of Georgia through the Development of Participatory Policy and the Implementation of Thematic Institutional Dialogue”.
