The FINANCIAL -- Corporate Board Member, a wholly owned subsidiary of NYSE
Euronext, and the National Investor Relations Institute announced that they will produce “IR Today,” an on-demand video
webcast series designed to educate corporate officers and investor
relations professionals on current responsibilities and issues that
impact their relationship with the board of directors and shareholders.
According to NYSE Euronext, the program will feature interviews with corporate leaders, finance professionals, board members, and investor relations experts who will offer advice and meaningful analyses on regulatory updates, investor relations policies, proxy and annual meeting developments, corporate governance issues, and speakers and highlights from the NIRI Annual Conference.
