According to NYSE Euronext, the program will feature interviews with corporate leaders, finance professionals, board members, and investor relations experts who will offer advice and meaningful analyses on regulatory updates, investor relations policies, proxy and annual meeting developments, corporate governance issues, and speakers and highlights from the NIRI Annual Conference.

“We are delighted to work with our knowledge partner Corporate Board Member to produce ‘IR Today,’” said NIRI President and CEO Jeffrey D. Morgan. “Investor relations officers have become a key corporate strategic asset, expert in all facets of corporate operations and communicating with Wall Street, the financial media and others on behalf of management. The investor relations function is also evolving rapidly, and the need for educational programming that moves as quickly as the profession is clear. NIRI is pleased to add “IR Today” to its portfolio of information, education and professional development programs for the benefit of the investor relations community, corporate management teams and boards of directors.”

TK Kerstetter, President of Corporate Board Member and co-host of its weekly board issues web program, “This Week in the Boardroom,” says there is great value in producing an ongoing web show that provides timely, need-to-know information in an accessible format. “Corporate Board Member looks forward to collaborating with NIRI as a knowledge partner to create pertinent, informative content that will assist its audience with the dynamic challenges they face in educating and enlightening executives, directors, analysts, investors and other financial community constituents. Since its launch more than two years ago, we have received a great deal of positive feedback and increasing viewership for “This Week in the Boardroom.” We are certain the same success and value will be realized by the viewers of ‘IR Today’.”
